“Had a blocked main sewer drain. Called numerous companies and then called Drain Medic (Rafael) and he picked up even while on a job. Told him what the issue was and he said approximately what time he would be there. Was on time even though he was onsite out of state. Very punctual, reasonable in cost compared to other companies I spoke to. Looked at job and priced accordingly, did not try to upsell any other services. Rafael is very passionate about his work and getting the job done at a fair price. Make Drain Medic your first call and save time and money. Thanks again Rafael.”
